Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must initiate your return or cancellation request through your customer account at https://shopify.com/64553877670/account. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request is submitted.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in their original condition. You have 14 days from the date you notify me of your withdrawal to return the items.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once I receive your returned items, I will process your refund within 72 hours. You will be refunded the original purchase price, including standard outbound shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
